Die vom Kunden bekanntgegebenen personenbezogenen Daten werden unter Einhaltung der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt. Alle Kundendaten werden vertraulich behandelt. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nur, wenn die Daten zur Auftragserbringung von dem Veranstalter oder Label benötigt werden.
Bild- und Tonaufnahmen
Das Mitbringen von Tonbandgeräten, Foto- oder Videokameras ist nicht gestattet. Aufnahmen mit Mobiltelefonen sind hingegen erlaubt. Der Kunde ist damit einverstanden, dass der Veranstalter jederzeit Bild- und Tonaufnahmen machen kann und genehmigt mit dem Kauf eines Konzert Tickets ohne Anspruch auf Vergütung die eventuelle Verbreitung der Bildaufnahmen über TV-Sender, das Internet oder andere Kommunikationswege.
Urheberrecht
Der Inhalt dieser Website ist urheberrechtlich geschützt. Nachdruck, Aufnahme in Online-Dienste, Internet und Vervielfältigung auf Datenträger wie CD-ROM, DVD-ROM etc., auch auszugsweise, sind nur nach vorheriger schriftlicher Zustimmung von Aeoline Music Publishing möglich. Die Inhalte dürfen nicht für kommerzielle Marketingzwecke verwendet werden.
Data Protection Provisions
The personal data disclosed by the customer will be collected, processed and used in compliance with the provisions of data protection law. All customer data will be treated confidentially. Data will only be passed on to third parties if it is required by the organizer or label for the performance of the order.
Image and Sound Recordings
Bringing tape recorders, photo or video cameras is not permitted. Recordings with cell phones, however, are allowed. The customer agrees that the organizer can make picture and sound recordings at any time and approves with the purchase of a concert ticket without claim to remuneration the possible spreading of the picture recordings over TV stations, the Internet or other communication ways.
